Description

Hot Stones Massage is a technique that uses heated stones to relax and massage sore muscles, increases circulation and vitality, and boost energy. The stones can be used with their heat alone or as massage tools in combination with essential oils and chakra balancing.

This course will cover the following:
Indications, contraindications, benefits of the massage, proper temperature of the stones, stone placement, Swedish and deep techniques blended with the stones, supplies required for hot stone service, sanitation measures and steps on how to clean the stones.

You will get videos with the different techniques.
