Description

Shirodhara is a classical Ayurvedic treatment, thousands of years old. It involves an unusual effective relaxation technique by pouring warm oils that stimulates and soothes the hypothalamus, thereby regulating the functions of the pituitary gland and inducing sleep. Shirodhara improves circulation in the head. Shirodhara also reduces the level of stress hormones such as Adrenaline and Noradrenaline and thus relaxes the mind.
